The shipping reference number will be provided within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. This will be sent to the same email address as the order.
We suggest providing a address where someone is available between the business hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Please note, with unprecedented delays with Australia Post & courier services due to COVID-19, some delivery delays might be experienced at these times. We apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience.
International shipping available, however due to severe international shipping delays following lockdown here in Australia, please keep in mind we unfortunately can’t guarantee delivery within a specific window at this stage. Additional time for delivery should be factored in when placing your order.
Orders eligible for a return must be sent back as new, at owner's expense. The enclosed packing slip must be completed and included with your return, with all information filled out including the confirmed RA number.
Any sign of wear, or if the product is not returned as new, may affect the refund. If eligible for return, please allow 3-5 business days once we have received your order for processing.
For hygiene reasons we don't accept returns on lingerie or earrings. All swim must be tried on while wearing undergarments and returned with hygiene strip in place and no signs of removal / alteration
FULL PRICED ITEMS
Full-priced items are eligible for store credit, exchange or full refund within 7 days of receiving the order.
Sale items are not eligible for return. If items are returned despite this policy, they will not be approved and will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
Items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are only eligible for a store credit or exchange. Orders that have had promotional discounts applied will not be eligible for refund.
A sale item that is further reduced by a flash sale/promotional event, is not eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange and the sale is final.
Orders placed using Afterpay platform are eligible for a store credit or exchange only. Orders placed using Afterpay are not eligible for refund.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact us via email with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
