 E-COMMERCE MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES; 

 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies for domestic and international markets.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with development teams.
  • Manage content updates, promotional activities, and e-commerce shoots, enforcing production efficiencies.
  • Lead end-to-end product merchandising, including uploads, descriptions, and collaboration with product teams for appealing listings.
  • Efficiently manage warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, stock takes, quality control, and optimised shipping procedures.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis and reporting using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions..
  • Implement inventory control measures, conduct regular audits, and optimise warehouse organisation for productivity.
  • Continuously strive for efficiency improvements, cost savings, and achieving KPIs across all e-commerce functions.
  • Regularly communicate and report on key performance indicators, facilitating informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR;

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an eCommerce Executive or Management role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills in both a written & verbal manner
  • Desire to learn and develop within the digital and ecommerce space
  • Has a positive, team focussed can-do attitude
  • Someone who loves eCommerce and a keen interest themselves in online browsing as well as customers online shopping journey.
